The Casina Royale 4 carat cushion cut cubic zirconia micro pave set eternity solitaire has a 4 carat 9mm cushion center stone with a triple row of micro pave set cubic zirconia rounds on both sides of the shank that cascade all the way around the shank of the engagement ring. The vertical surfaces of the shank along with the prongs and basket galleries are also encrusted with micro pave set cubic zirconia rounds for a total carat weight of approximately 8 carats. Our Russian formula diamond quality cubic zirconia stones are hand cut and hand polished to exact diamond specifications for a stunning finished product. Available in a 14k white gold, 14k yellow gold or luxurious platinum mounting with your choice of man made ruby, emerald or sapphire gemstone in addition to a simulated canary diamond or diamond look cubic zirconia center, as shown.
