The Ziamond Distinction
I purchased this ring about 7 years ago and it still looks amazing. I wear it daily.
This ring is gorgeous! Not so large that it screams "FAKE!" and the detailed filigree work adds subtle elegance. This was my engagement ring in 2004, and we used the money that we didn't spend on a diamond ring to help us along in our early days. The best move anyone could make in my opinion. I'm so happy that Ziamond sells quality gold bands with hand cut CZs - it means I can wear a beautiful, durable piece of art such as this one every day without the fears of losing a stone or the whole ring down a drain that a $$$$ ring would. After 5 years It's just starting to lose It's rhodium finish, but that's typical with white gold, and I can always have it re-plated. This ring really sparkles and makes me feel beautiful when I wear it. To imagine the amount of money we would have paid for diamonds with this cut and clarity almost give me a heart attack. What a waste! My ring outshines rings costing 50X more. Yay Ziamond! :)
My husband just gave me this ring for our 5th anniversary. I had been eyeballing it for months. The picture doesn't do its intricate beauty any justice; it took my breath away when i first opened the box! So very beautiful! Highly recommend for a classic, timeless beautiful piece!
I purchased this ring as a treat to myself, I was probably mad at my husband or something. Anyway, I have had it for years and to this day everyone thinks it is my maternal great-great grandmother's. Hee hee. The prongs loosened on mine (as they do on real gemstone rings), but I make jewelry, so I just tightened those little puppies myself. I love this ring.
This was my engagement ring, given to me Dec 2004. It has served me well. The prongs on one of the side stone became loose over the years, but I have been told this is a common problem on this type of setting. The jeweler simply recommended to have it tightened once a year or so as maintenance (they sell Tacori bands at this store, and recommend the same for the Tacori bands). After 4 years of wear, it is starting to loose a bit of its rhodium finish, so I will investigate re-plating it (again, a common problem with white gold.) I am very happy with this ring. I keep it sparkling clean all the time, and it does shine soo much! This was a great investment, and no one is the wiser about the actual price paid. It looks like an $8k+ ring.
