Very Impressed
I loved my ring!! I got a 2.5ct princess, pave setting ring, unfortunately, I had to exchange it. It was a gorgeous, shiny, sparkly ring and it looked even better in person, but the diamond was just a little too big for me and didnt look right on my hand. Im exchanging it for a 1.5ct three-stone Luccia ring, so hopefully it will be a little more understated. Other than that, I really did like my ring. Customer service was very polite and helpful, the emails for the exchange request got a little mixed up, but I followed up with it and the representative, Kimberly resolved my problem within an hour. My ring is on its way back and hopefully, Ill receive the new ring within a couple of weeks (it did state it may take up to 4-6 weeks), but since the shipping was very prompt the first time, (I recieved it within a week of ordering), Im hoping it wont take long this time, so Ill let you know........ I am so impressed with Ziamond that I even ordered a necklace from them today, because I received a discounted coupon for 15% off, because is was Tax Day! Yeah!
