Initial order was not found in computer, so I called to purchase. Rep was friendly, bright and helpful. She got shipment to us in record time so it could be given in a romantic fashion to our daughter by our future son in law who was traveling back to England right after Christmas. He purchased in America as prices in England are much higher. We were very happy with the quality of the product and the packaging was lovely.
